O’Bryan Agri Insurance Group proudly maintains their family-owned and operated business model, and has since the onset in 1984; located in Dothan, Alabama – one of the largest peanut producing areas in the world.

Diann O’Bryan-Waller had a vision to establish a crop insurance business, supporting and protecting local area farmers. Diann’s determination, grit and perseverance was the foundation for what would be a top-performing agency over 35 years later.  The business gained traction quickly, and she brought her son, Eric, and daughter, Amanda, into the business to handle the operational aspect of the agency. Eric acquired his insurance license in 1994, and generated a second full-time agent in the office. In 2005, Amanda became a licensed agent as well adding even more expertise to the agency.

In 1997, the business had expanded, not only from a quota producing organization, but the walls of the business needed to expand, as well. The home-based business moved from a small garage office to a site that was restored on Cottonwood Road in Dothan. The Cottonwood Road office location was home for years, until 2005, where O’Bryan Agri had grown beyond expectation.  The current office space was then purchased, located at 546 Timbers Drive, on the southwest side of the Ross Clark Circle, still calling Dothan, AL home. The larger office space allowed for much needed additional support staff to be added to the agency to assist with customer support, data processing and IT Support. The current office allows for continued growth and provides a warm and welcoming office for farmers, guests, and employees.

Diann, Eric, and Amanda, are all certified agents for O’Bryan Agri, and market a full line of crop insurance products in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
